Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the ads-expert.online website (the “site”) and its tools collect, why, and how it is used. The site is owned by Volodymyr Petrychenko, a Google Ads specialist based in Ukraine.

What data we collect

Contact form. Name, Telegram or phone, website address, selected service and message — only what you enter yourself. The data is sent via Formspree and used only to respond to your request.
Analytics. The site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads tags and advertising pixels. See Cookies for details.
On-site tools. The calculators and UTM generator run in your browser. Settings and history are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to any server.

Data from Google APIs

The site’s tools may retrieve publicly available keyword statistics (search volume, competition, estimated bids) through the Google Ads API. This data is used only to display results within the tool. The tools do not access your Google accounts and do not ask you to sign in with Google.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. They fall into three categories:

Necessary. Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always on.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and page views. GA4 data passes through our server-side Google Tag Manager container on the io.ads-expert.online subdomain (hosted by Stape, EU) and is sent to Google from there. Microsoft Clarity shows clicks and session recordings, with text typed into forms masked. Our own attribution scripts record the pages you viewed and your approximate location by IP address — country and city (via ipify and ipapi.co) — so we can see where enquiries come from. When you click a messenger button, this data is sent to the site owner.
Advertising. Google Ads and the OpenAI pixel (ChatGPT Ads) measure advertising results. Our own scripts store UTM tags and the click ID (gclid) in cookies to link an enquiry to its ad source.

Ahrefs Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics work without cookies: they count visits in aggregate and do not identify you.

Consent. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner. Until you give consent, analytics and advertising cookies are not set, and Google receives only anonymous cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode v2). For other countries these cookies are on by default.

Duration. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which the banner appears again.

How to change your choice. Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you opt out, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are deleted. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the services that keep the site running: Google (analytics and advertising), Microsoft (Clarity), OpenAI (ChatGPT advertising), Stape (server-side analytics container), Cloudflare (hosting and security), ipify and ipapi.co (country lookup by IP) and Formspree (contact form).

How long we keep data

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to work together or respond to your request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data you submitted through the form. You can change your cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page, or disable cookies in your browser settings.
